Order Processing
Most ready-to-ship products on Allison Eden Studios are fulfilled from their Brooklyn, New York location. Processing time depends on the type of item you order:
- Typically ships within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from receipt of order.
- These items may have longer lead times (e.g., stone mosaics typically ship within 10–12 weeks), due to fabrication and finishing.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are not included in the listed product price and are calculated separately at checkout or upon request.
- Costs vary based on destination, item size, and weight.
- Large, heavy, or fragile art pieces may require special handling, freight service, or white-glove delivery — additional charges may apply.
Shipping Locations
Allison Eden Studios ships to the continental United States.
- For shipments outside the U.S., including Canada and international destinations, additional duties, taxes, and extended transit times may apply — please contact us for shipping options and pricing.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival for high-value artworks.
- Shipping carriers and delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing (for international orders) or seasonal delays.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise specified, all sales on product purchases are final. This includes mosaic tiles, stone and glass products, and artwork — there are no standard returns or refunds once a purchase is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damage and your order number.
Our team will review and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution — which may include repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the circumstance.
Custom or Special Orders
Custom mosaic work, bespoke designs, wallpaper prints made to order, commissioned artworks, and products fabricated specifically for your project are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
Returns Authorization
Returns will only be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued in advance by our support team. Return shipping costs for authorized returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
