Mega Kaleidoscope
The striking Mega Kaleidoscope mosaic mural at WMODA was acquired by Arthur Wiener after a visit to Allison Eden Studios in Brooklyn, where he encountered her extraordinary craftsmanship using hand-cut stained-glass and mirror mosaics, created without machinery. With her luminous, kaleidoscopic compositions, Allison Eden captures fleeting optical beauty and transforms it into enduring works of art.
Measuring seven feet square, this mosaic mural is among Allison’s largest two-dimensional pieces and has been exhibited at major cultural centers in New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Miami. Each fragment is individually shaped and placed, forming a richly layered composition of Allison’s signature motifs: hearts, flowers, butterflies, diamonds, and playful confections.
